Everything will be ok. Worst case is that if you want to do any swaping of
the brood boxes you will have to do it a frame at a time. In the future just
use hive staples.
But no matter what don't worry, in time you will need new boxes and you will
get another chance. One other thing the bees don't care at all if its
nailed,or glued or what.
