Subject: Telegraph Equipment

Jim Finnigan: I have been working with a telegraph enthusiast named
Jim Sanders, 832 E. Ojai Ave., Ojai, California 93023 (phone 805
646-1266). He must be part of a different (I think loosely organized)
group because his background is as a lineman, not railway and ham
radio. My understanding is that the group started out as insulator
collectors but at least some have become very active in historical
documentation of the entire technology (as the resource base has
dwindled?). Hope this helps.
