Wolf and Glass's book (Feeding and Swallowing Disorders in Infancy; Therapy
Skill Builders) is my favorite suck reference.  They are occupational
therapists who specialize in oral motor work with infants.  Unfortunately,
much of their book focuses on bottlefeeding, but one can certainly apply much
of the general principles and treatment strategies to breastfed babies as
well. I hear on the grapevine that they are working more with breastfeeding
infants.  Wish I had the resources to attend this one and ILCA....
