I really appreciated your well-thought out post regarding pay and
training. I am currently finishing up my Master's in Lactation, and it
has cost me almost as much as a new car; I will need to be able to recoup
this also! I give a lot of myself and time away, and find myself reaching
limits for the first time. Thank you for a balanced "essay" on the topic!
