I also felt slightly nauseas at the start of feeds for the first few months
of breastfeeding my second baby (not my first-6 years before).  It wasn't bad
enough to influence me, but it was noticeable.  I also remember my nose would
start to run when my milk let-down!  (I'm glad that went away...)  I'm still
happily nursing my 15 month old...
