While I understand the doctor's concern about the salt/phosphorus content of
the mother's milk, it is unfortunate that a typical American diet is
considered to be the norm. By the way, I wonder if s/he asked for this
mother's milk to be analysed to determine any potential problems before
suggesting going to ABM?
