Cheryl,
These babes can be a REAL challenge.  Try baby in the bootball hold, almost
sitting, spend lots of time encouraging baby to open mouth, watch the finger
feeding I'd go for cup feeding if you can get the parents to try it.  Time
helps.  Also things to help nipple such as breast shells and pumping before
feeding.  I'm looking forward to the tricks that come out too.
