Investigations a Fort C.F. Smith (1863-1865), one of Washington D.C.s
defensive forts recovered a large sample of artifacts reflecting camp life.

I m looking for comparative data from other Civil War sites, specifically
artifact analysis pertaining to Union Army camp life.

So far all I have is Legg and Smiths (1989) work at Folly Island S.C.

I would appreciate any leads

Thanks
