I am not sure if this will be on any relevence but over the last few days,
possibly week, the gateway between the US and Australia has been down and
effecively we have been isolated from the rest of the world except for the
odd occasions when it has popped up. I have, for example recieved no mail
from the NAUTARCH list for about a week. It is possible that HISARCH comes
throuh BITNET and some how sneaks around the system.
