Did the governor sign the Texas BF law?

Someone asked me if California had passed a law that was to make it illegal
to breastfeed in public. They said they saw something on TV about it. Does
anyone know?

As far as I know, in case this has not been responded to, was that
California declined to pass a law making it "legal" to bf, because the state
reps did not see why it was necessary to pass a law. A bill similar to
those passed in some other states was introduced and was not passed. One of
the people who worked very hard on that bill will be here next week and if
anyone has any other questions about it, let me know and I can follow up
with her.
