Hello,

Myself and another graduate student at Michigan State University have been working on a food-based research project with several public outreach components (earlyfood.campusarch.msu.edu<http://earlyfood.campusarch.msu.edu>). We are interested in learning if anyone has published on food- and cuisine-based outreach.
