As a longtime almond pollinator who is dependent upon strong winter
colonies in order to get top dollar in almond pollination in February, I do
not agree with Charlie's advice. We have dribbled all of our hives with OA
in 50% sucrose for many years now, and with OA in 40% glycerin this past
winter, during December, when we see brood reach the minimum in our
colonies. We have been very pleased with the results every year.

I do not know the answer to the vaporization question, but will soon be
testing, and will let you know.
