I struggled with thrush, a lot, nursing my babies. I just gave them a probiotics supplement, every day. Even when my symptoms were pretty bad, my babies were symptom free. I've been recommending probiotics supplements for babies, ever since. It's one of the few things in the world that can't hurt and is highly likely to have a positive effect. The one I used was Primadophilus for Children. It's a very fast dissolving powder. I had to supplement via the Lact-Aid, so I put it in there, but it can be mixed with a little breast milk in a spoon, for the baby.
