So far, straddling the barbed wire fence between commercial and small scale beekeepers and not coming down on one side, neonic or non-neonic, I have not been labeled a shill. Maybe because I don't know enough to do what Borst, Fischer, and Oliver do. Probably because I don't feel I need to have a dog in the fight. 

I have invited comments and also persons to the Task Force Meetings. People who might not otherwise have been in attendance and comments that might not have otherwise been submitted. Whether anything comes of either, or not. We can but only try.

I do appreciate all of those who have participated in the NYS Pollinator Protection Task Force Meetings and Comment Submissions.

As I said in my opening remarks before the Commissioners, "May we do no harm." Even though I am sure someone will feel harmed and claim so, even if nothing comes of the Task Force.
