shipped south to SC early in November. I'm thinking that the MAQS pad I
threw into my hives late August/early September may have done some good, as
well as the Apiguard Strips

So you shipped yours south??? And 3% loss there? Not bad... this week going to be hard on them. So far for the winter I am at 1% lost one from lack of food (missed it) and one from small cluster. In fairness the small cluster was a test hive that we shook in OH in oct. I don't think the queen ever laid....

I/we should be careful about bragging.. Mother nature may not like it!

Are they south to winter or pollination coming up??

Charles
