Hi all,

The Call for Papers for the SHA’s 2015 Conference on Historical and Underwater Archaeology closes a month from today , so if you’re planning to present at the Conference, now is the time to get your abstract in!
The 2015 Conference will be held in beautiful Seattle, Washington from January 7 -11, 2015 at the Seattle Sheraton Hotel. This year’s theme, Peripheries and Boundaries, reflects the unique circumstances of the region and addresses some of the issues that frame historical archaeology scholarship in the West, and around the world.
The abstract submission period will be open until July 10, 2014 , and each session organizer and individual presenter must pay a non-refundable $25 per abstract fee at the time of submission and agree with the SHA Ethics Statement. All presenters, organizers, and discussants must register for the 2015 Conference in the fall at the full conference rate.
The 2015 Call for Papers and the link for the online abstract submission system can be found on the SHA website at: http://www.sha.org/index.php/view/page/annual_meetings
If you have questions about submitting a paper for the SHA 2015 Conference, please feel free to contact me at [log in to unmask] . (please do not reply to the entire HistArch list)

We look forward to seeing you in Seattle in January.

Sincerely,
Ross Jamieson
