Greetings,

I am a Research Assistant with the LSU Rural Life Museum's Chatsworth
Plantation Archaeological Project and we have been attempting to find info
on a set of hearths related to the quarters unearthed during our
excavations. I have provided a link to photos of these hearths:

https://www.flickr.com/photos/bama21x/sets/72157644756803660/

The information we do know is that there is no indication that these were
ever the classic H-shaped hearths. Therefore they were not just simply
disturbed causing them to be missing the cross bar section.

Any help in locating sources or other locations where these have been
located would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for any
assistance that you may provide.
