Nadia,

I had a client who tried the Mirena and saw a reduction in supply.  She had it removed, and her supply rebounded.  She was already pumping, so didn't add anything extra to her routine.

I have read that breastfeeding women who would like the try Mirena should do a trial of the mini-pill first to see if it affects their supply.  I really wish my client would have asked me before she had it put in rather than after.
