Does this mean that when I find papers that claim there is "no harm at field relevant doses" what they are really saying is that there is harm, but it is at some "acceptable level" that they don't define?  Is that the point you are making?

The data will speak for itself.   We can do this plotting and color the points according to the discussions in each of the papers...whether the authors say "no harm" or "harm".  The percent survival relative to controls will fall out on the charts and we can judge for ourselves what that means.
