Hi Cody,
I can fill in a little information about the Saltsburg Bottle Works Co. from Griffenhagen and Bogard (1999), p. 104. The bottle manufacturer was located in Pittsburgh and, in 1890, described themselves as makers of "fine prescription ware and flint glass bottles" of different designs. The company president, Clifton H. Beach received patents in 1893 and 1897, for two specific prescription bottles: the Berlin oval and the Bartlett round. The company name was changed to the Saltsburg Bottle Co. by 1899, so your bottle may predate 1900.
Your bottle may be one of the two bottles patented by Beach so an online search of the U.S. Patent Office site might be helpful. If you haven't done so, it might also be useful to contact the Farmerville, Texas historic society or library for their input on the pharmacist. Perhaps there are town directories with advertising from the period 1890-1900.
Good luck.
