Good morning--
My name is Laurie Bardon and I am a Science Content Developer here at
Liberty Science Center in Jersey City, NJ. I am currently working on a
project to improve our guest services program, and am hoping to find
some help in determining the science center/museum industry's leaders in
guest services. I would appreciate some guidance and would welcome a
conversation with anyone who is familiar in the area of improving
customer service philosophies, staff training programs, staff
evaluations
