Hello All,

I was wondering if anyone knew of any relatively recent publications or
work done on historic sites thought to have been occupied by "Southern
Sweepers?" We are about to embark on the mitigation of a mid 19th through
early 20th century farmstead, and preliminary testing is recovering few
artifacts. We are looking for references or any thoughts or ideas on where
the "debris field" might be located in relation to the house. Thanks and I
appreciate the input.
