A shortage  of food grade  wood fiber based egg cartons, used as an
approved smoker fuel, could spell disaster for Canada's beekeeping industry.
Respective bee inspection departments are to receive their alloted quota.
After that, there will be a mad scramble to acquire remaining stock.
This could place many operations in jeopardy especially where foreign
labour is used in many commercial beeyards.
