ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers

You can also use water-filled plexiglas prisms. These are much larger and much cheaper than glass prisms and create a pretty good spectrum. Available from Edmunds Scientific among other places.

But if you are using something like a theater spot you will have to be careful about heat. These new high intensity LED spot lights could be an alternative.

It would allow you to design for a very specific set of angles and dispersion. You can also record multiple angles and make something that works better as the sun changes positions.
