TT can have an impact on weight gain.  I'd start with clipping the restriction and the lip tie.  He probably is just not efficient to get enough, tires and is a "happy to starve" baby.  I don't think we recognize FTT enough  as a symptom of tt, altho Dr Kotlow mentions it.  he also mentions reflux.  We think mom needs to be sore :-(
