<the hives in which the foundation was placed and found no re-occurrence of
AFB. From this he concluded that a coating of wax comes between the AFB
spore and the larval chemical that stimulates it to revive and multiply.
This experiment has been done by many researchers too.
But I don't see the conclusion same way.
Why could it not bee simply the fact that bees don't eat the wax with spores
and feed it to the larvae.
Also very few bees that work the wax are simultaniously feeding the very young
larvae suspectible to AFB.
