Seattle also has other bubbles.  Way back, I trained to be a paramedic.
 Much of what we were taught was based on Seattle, they were years ahead of
the rest of the country.  They have the highest survival rate of out of
hospital cardiac arrest.  It seems areas concerned with health and healing
also support breastfeeding.....
