ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

Hi Greg,

Just one (of several reasons) that in my view ED should not be a Board
member. Members should have terms and terms limits, which ED should not
be subject to. Obviously, ED has limits on length of service (contract),
but that is different. If you had a Board Chair, (working) President,
and ED, than I would say President should be member. In that model
President would be responsible for external, Ed internal.
