Hello- we are in the process of expanding our archaeology lab and are realizing that we are missing some typologies. Does anyone have any references for typologies of 19th century horseshoes and/or butchery practices of the 18th-20th centuries? I seem to recall a study looking at how cuts of beef changed over time, with recognizable associated bones, but can't remember where it might be. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
