very reminiscent of a bracelet my grandmother had passed down from her prussian side of the family. although i havent seen it for many years now it had a series of these type of decorated pieces linked together with hinge type fastenings

This artifact was found in Fredericksburg. It is an inch wide. One side
has what appears to be the Polish or Prussian eagle and the other side
has a man holding a staff with a deer or horse on the right side. I
altered the photos a bit so the design would be more visible. Is it a
medal? Any idea of date range.

Thanks!
