Hi All - permission to post this email from mom:

I have a 15 Month old son, I just started my period for the 1st time since
baby almost 3 months ago and that helped a tiny tiny bit. I eat clean no
wheat, starch, gluten or refined sugar, I work out with weights 3 x's a week
with a sports trainer and am at a healthy weight. I take absolutely no meds
not even tylenol... I am still breastfeeding on demand around the clock and
that relationship is VERY important to me. Not only do I NOT crave sex I am
rarely enjoying it when we do have it... and it's nothing he's doing.

I am going to see my general Dr today and I want to know what would, and
would not be ok to take while nursing..? am I better off with herbs? How
about steroids whether injection or cream? I really HATE drs and meds so I
would actually feel better with a steroid then a prescription bottle ya know
just don't want anything to affect my milk or get through milk to my baby?
