Lisa, if she is able to get a copy of the book Breastfeeding in Combat
Boots, I would imagine it would be quite helpful to sort out all her
questions. I have not read it, but it was written for just that
audience. I would at least reassure her that since she is determined
to resume bf when she returns, she will be successful. The baby may at
first need a little re-adjustment time, maybe not.
I think she should make sure she has the very best, easiest most
efficient pump she can possibly get and maybe hands-free bras, just to
make the process as easy as possible.
