Randy, I picked up a quart (only $13.59) of non-ionic surfactant today -
the kind growers typically use for Roundup - at the local
Fruit Growers Assiciation:

The pesticide advisor there told me the correct rate to use
it is just 1/2 ounce per gallon of water which matches what
another ag chem dealer said is appropriate with Roundup.
1/2 liquid ounce = 1 tablespoon = 3 teaspoons
I havn't done any spraying yet, but I would be surprised if
such an extreme dilution was capable of killing or disabling
much of anything (e.g. bees, ants, ladybugs, etc).
