Yes! An almost appropriate allusion to the Glass Bead Game, which is a rare example of a book for which the Cliffs Notes are actually better than the book itself.
Society is perpetuated by cloistered intellectuals playing incomprehensible games involving the breadth of human knowledge. If only we could be THAT lucky.
