Hello all,

Starvation prevention tip:

My friends at Dadant came up with a new product this year which I am using.
Winter patties.
2/3 carbs and 1/3 pollen sub.

I use a spacer like Bob D. uses and we place the *winter patty* next to the
cluster ( 0n top or between the hive bodies right now *in Missouri*) and
starvation problem solved. A dollar a patty and change.

Pallets of *winter patties* are sitting in the Dadant warehouse ready to
ship.

Next year all the suppliers will sell winter patties but right now only
Dadant has the patties.

I am using and recommending.

bob
