Hello ASTC Hive Mind:

For a traveling exhibition we are doing called Human +, we are planning to request a loan of artifacts such as new prosthetics, robotics, etc. These are likely to be loans of current products, maybe some historical stuff, some of which will be requests from companies.

Does anyone have a form or template for a loan agreement like this that they would be willing to share with us?

Thanks in advance,
