Joe,To add to your comments about leadership: at times it is fading into the background and letting emergent‘idea leaders’ take over and the best assist is to ask “how can I help make this happen;” its setting up the situation so that others can feel empowered and opening the gates to let the ‘horses’ out, word of caution—once you do to get out of their way for there is no putting them back! Finally, to your point about leadership as a fine art, like a master artist, the leader models a critiquing process that opens the eyes of others to ‘see’ what she sees bringing them nto the process to contribute their unique perspectives. Thanks for the fascinating research, Charlie.National Creativity Network is a great resource for articles, webinars, etc. Here is a link to archives:http://nationalcreativitynetwork.org/tag/webinar-archives/
