No problem Lynn. :) Since Domperidone has never been approved for *any* use in the US, it has no label and therefore can have no "off-label" use. Very common misconception. I also thought it was an off-label use until I was asked to research the case law surrounding the legality of compounding pharmacy manufacture for a client. But Domperidone, never having been approved for *any* use, can not be legally imported into the US, prescribed in the US or manufactured in the US (even by a compounding pharmacy). I know of one doctor who faced loss of her license for prescribing it and indeed all doctors face that same possibility depending on the will and whim of state law enforcement.
