Here in Technopolis all our labels and signage are in three languages.
(For our summer exhibitions in the Royal Palace we have to go to 4 languages)

This does not pose big problems:
Our text writer knows she has a limited number of words that she can use.
We use printed labels as well as digital labels:

All our printed labels are printed on paper A3 size. So they are cheap to change
This is especially important for travelling exhibitions.

The advantage of digital labels is that visitors see only one language (but it is of course more expensive than a paper label)

For travelling exhibitions we also need to take into account that French In Belgium and France is different, also the Dutch in Belgium and the Netherlands is different, so rewriting of texts is necessary

kind regards

Patricia

Does anyone know of some great examples of bilingual signage in science or
other museums? I looking for suggestions that consider everything from
graphic design to cultural sensitivity. Any thoughts?
