There has already been a case where feral swarms were trapped in central Florida and carried up to west central Georgia.   A stinging incident resulted which exposed the venture and all the colonies were destroyed.  Here is a case where ignorance or disregard for directives (laws?) occurred and a totally unnecessary expansion of AHB territory almost occurred.  We were lucky in this case.  There is a reason why policies are issued, especially in the case of swarms from the Florida area.
