As best we understand this is for a STATE Association to be chartered.  I don't want to fuel any more debate or hostility.  As best we understand it this was the situation.  (Please put your guns on "safety.")  The intent was to reset the new web location but also to help celebrate our 120 years and the State's contribution to beekeeping.  Nothing else.
