My idea would be for mom towear a top that has some velcro down the front 
that she could press together when she didn't need to nurse. Then  lay with 
top open on a blanket and pillow on floor and let baby crawl over to her.  I 
think a baby of 7 mo could figure a way to crawl over and latch on.   Of 
course she needs 24 hour help! I hope she has lots of friends and relatives
