Hi there!

I totally understand how you feel in this situation as I too face them everyday in my country of residence. They tend to have a mindset that formula is more "filling" and can keep baby full longer, thus sleep longer. They are not a fan of biological nursing/baby wearing/keeping baby close. Whenever baby cries, the first thing that comes to mind is that baby is hungry when in actual fact there could be other reasons why baby is crying.

Anyway, to cut the story short, I came across these documents from LLL HK where you can also have them in Chinese. (http://www.lllhk.org/Information.html) You can share this with the moms and encourage them to pass this to their elders.

Hope this helps.
moe
