Can anyone identify the manufacturer of this plate or platter located below?

This is a base sherd of an ironstone plate or platter. The partial mark on
the exterior is printed red and reads "Semi Porcelain/Crown
[Monogram]/Thos.".

Obviously, the first name of the manufacturer is "Thomas." The ceramic sherd
(along with a sizeable assemblage of glazed refined white earthenware,
stoneware crockery, glass, and metal objects) comes from the flower gardens
of a domestic residence site in Maumee, Ohio, where the original house
structure of wood frame was built in 1887. Several additions were added in
later years. The house still stands today and is occupied by the current
owner.

 

Two other ceramic marks recovered from the flower gardens on the property
are a probable plate with a green printed mark that reads
"F.C.Co./Martha/Washin" (French China Company, East Liverpool, Ohio,
1898-1929, "Martha Washington" pattern or shape) and an ironstone bowl with
a black printed mark that reads "Iron Stone China/Eagle with Olive Branch in
Cross [Monogram]/Knowles ???/Kno???? (Knowles, Taylor, and Knowles, East
Liverpool, Ohio, 1870-1929).

 

I have not been able to locate the mark in standard reference publications
by Godden (1964), Cushion (1994), Kovel & Kovel (1977), Gates and Ormerod
(1982), and Cunnigham (1982).
