I posted it more for the presentation quality: it might be useful to show
someone that latrines are a great source of information; I also figure
Pompeii is almost always relevant given its role in the history of
archaeology
And we have gone over the fact that the arbitrary cut-off date of 1492 might
make sense in the US, but not in Newfoundland (Vikings in L'Anse aux
Meadows) and definitely not here in Europe.
