Wow...what an ethical dilemma for everyone involved with the care of this child! What is sad to me, how often are we (as medical professionals and child advocates) placed in a position where the "right" thing to do often conflicts with the "legal" thing? Probably more times than any of us want to count.  With that in mind, what is the best way for Senecca to respond to this foster mother?
This discussion is giving me a lot to consider.
