This article suggests that a Mom with shingles and a healthy baby can continue breastfeeding:

Nancy Mohrbacher's Breastfeeding Answers Made Simple (2010) discusses shingles on pp. 741 & 742, suggests talking with baby's healthcare provider about a varicella zoster immune globulin vaccine.  You can also read about chickenpox on pp. 739 and 740 where it mentions that complications are rare in an older baby.
