Hard to imagine that it would pay wages, as opposed to simply popping the
old foundation out, and replacing with new.  In my own case, we have a hard
time justifying even doing that, and generally replace with complete
preassembled frames.  I know that this practice is wasteful of resources,
but it boils down to how I wish to spend my hours.
