Henya, and all others who still have young children,
I think it is very wise to keep this information private.  It kills me to say that, as I think publicly discussing things like toddler nursing and co-sleeping help to normalize them in cultures where it is not the norm. However, as hneya points out, this can lead to being "reported".

Maybe it is up to those of us whose children are older to talk about this, and educate pediatricians, health workers, social workers, etc.
