There is a great section in the Ca Science Center called the Rot Gallery I
believe. Maggots and the like. It was neat to see young men kneeling down and
facinated by what was going on in the windows.

Can anyone recommend exhibits they've seen that demonstrate how food decays over
time? We're looking at doing an exhibit that would compare how a loaf of bread
decays on a counter versus in a fridge versus in a dark place. Any
recommendations or leads welcomed.
